​How Do I Place An Order?​

Simply browse through the categories you're interested in.  They are split up in order to narrow down search time if you're looking for anything specific and also so that anyone who doesn't wish to see more adult content, doesn't have to.

If you hover over any mug image, you will be shown the reverse of the product.  If you click on any item shown, you'll then be taken to the image itself to see full details and the checkout area. Here you can customise anything you wish to before going through checkout.  Most mugs have the options of the plain white mug or mugs with coloured inners, rims and handles.  Some also have customisable options for names and photos.  Just drop me a lline if you wish to customise any of the ones you see which you'd like customised if the otion isn't shown as standard.

I am happy to discuss custom designs not shown on the website yet.
One of the main reasons I wanted to do this was because I had a very hard time finding cards and gifts saying the things I wanted for my friends and family as high street stores can't really cater for the sense of humour required.  I am also happy to do runs for businesses. Mugs, keyrings, stationery.  Just let me know what you need.

 

Payment & Shipping
 

When you go through checkout, you'll be guided through the process and offered the choice to pay by PayPal or credit/debit card.
Each product is made to order and therefore each one will be printed as soon as possible after receipt of the order and shipped by Royal Mail upon completion  All orders will be shipped on a trackable Royal Mail service as chosen by the customer and received within 3 - 5 working days although I will aim to shorten that timespan as much as possible, always. The only non-trackable service offered is for greetings cards which I shall dispatch via standard Royal Mail First or Second Class services in an envelope.



 

Returns & Refunds
 

Hopefully there won't often be a need for anything to be returned as all items will be securely packaged and received in good condition but if you do have any issues, please contact me as soon as you receive your product along with photos of the issue.  No replacement or refund will be given without proof of the problem.  If you do receive anything you're not happy with, please let me know and if you have photos which clearly show the issue I will be happy to replace or refund as soon as possible.

There are so many more things to come for this site yet.  The reason they will be appearing in staggered stages is that I am doing this around my full time job and other commitments.  Producing the goods isn't an issue time-wise, that's the bit I love.  Just having everything processed and up online needs quite a bit of time to commit in continuous chunks which I don't often have right now and therefore it is a work in progress.

Soon enough, I hope to have more of the mugs and cards on display as well as t-shirts, keyrings and various other accessories. Also I am able to create and print business stationery. I have recently supplied a new local business with their own flyers, loyalty cards, mugs and keyrings and am happy to do this as well as the gifts shown on the main pages of this site.  Just let me know what you need.  Keep an eye out for the different items appearing in the menu!
