A large, high quality photo would need to be supplied to allow printing to dispay as clear an image as possible. Please allow plenty of time for receipt of photo upon ordering these. The sooner the photo is sent, the sooner the final product will be produced and dispatched.

Please think carefully about the photo you choose with regards to items or people in the background. The clearer, less cluttered a photo you can supply, the better the finalised product will look.

Please note that upon choosing a shipping method, Royal Mail First and Second class - Envelope - is only available for small items which can be sent within an envelope, such as cards, keyrings, jewellery, bookmarks or pocket hugs. Items under 100g.
If an order for a larger item is received and an 'envelope' postage has been selected, the order will NOT be shipped. You will be contacted to choose a different method, meaning that the order may have to be cancelled and reapplied. Thank you for your assistance in this matter
